Notes of rose, orange blossom, ripe pear, peach, mango, pineapple, and acacia honey unfold, complemented by hints of cardamom, ginger, and lychee. On the palate, apricot, melon, orange, candied ginger, and lychee dominate, accented by subtle touches of clove and anise. The residual sugar lends a charming sweetness and a creamy texture, balanced by medium acidity. An inviting, approachable wine—excellent with blue cheeses or fruit-based dishes.
