The invoice for the order is issued in accordance with the fulfillments and will be sent by email to the email address specified at the time of ordering.

Method of payment for the ordered product:

  • Payment by advance bank transfer:In the e-mail confirming your order, you will find our bank account number and the order number, which please indicate in the note/announcement section of the transfer. Your package will only be sent by courier after the transferred amount has been credited to our bank account.   • Payment by credit card via the PayPal interface: If you have an existing PayPal registration, the account and purchase details will be displayed after logging in. Here, following the instructions on the interface, the purchase can be made. If you do not have a PayPal account, but still want to pay with your credit card, it is also possible to use the PayPal interface: then the payment is made after entering the card data, billing data and contact information. Within a few moments, you will receive a notification by e-mail about the successful transaction, at the same time Puklusvin Winery will also receive the notification about the successful payment, and we will start processing the order.
  • Cash on delivery: Your ordered products will be delivered to your home by the DPD or MPL courier service. In the case of cash on delivery purchases, the consideration for the product must be paid to the courier.

We send the invoice by email and the invoice is considered the guarantee letter. 

The final amount payable includes all costs for shipments within Hungary, based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice will be sent by email, and the invoice itself serves as the warranty certificate. For orders outside of Hungary, always choose the "Direct Bank Transfer" payment method and wait the invoice associated with your order to be issued which will include the exact shipping charges.

Please check your package for transport damage before the delivery person. In case of possible damage or missingness of the product, ask for a report and do not accept the package. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without a protocol.
