On the palate, lemon zest, green apple, nettle, lightly unripe peach, and crisp pear create a lively, refreshing profile. The slightly salty-citrus and gently bitter finish adds a pleasant, invigorating twist. Medium-bodied, with high acidity and moderate alcohol. Thanks to its versatility, it's an excellent gastronomic wine—particularly well-suited to asparagus dishes.
