The 2024 Bubis Blanc arrives in a pale lemon color with fine, elegant bubbles. On the nose, fresh green apple, white grape, and elderflower are joined by subtle notes of green pepper, nettle, and pineapple. The palate reveals citrus, green and yellow apple, along with ripe grape. Its firm acidity and sparkling lightness create a crisp, refreshing character. Excellent as an aperitif, and a great match with sushi, seafood, or spicy goat cheese — best served well-chilled.
